How To Improve The Results From Fat Freezing
Fat freezing (using CoolTech or CoolSculpt) has become a go-to treatment for quick, non-invasive, and effective reduction of fat in targeted areas of the body.
The treatment freezes fat cells in the area of concern, which causes them to crystalize and become inactive.
Once these fat cells are inactive, they are reduced as waste through the body’s natural lymphatic system.

When you lose weight, your fat cells shrink, making you smaller. When you gain weight, you don’t gain more fat cells. Instead, the cells you do have become larger, so that you also become larger.
If you end up gaining weight after Fat Freezing, the fat that remained in the treated area can increase in size.
The same is true of the fat in other areas of the body. Since you have less fat in the treated areas, you might notice that you gain more weight or fat in other areas of the body instead.
The point is to avoid gaining weight, and just maintaining a regular healthy lifestyle, that is not filled with daily intake of junk food.
