Pro tip: Fill up a whole bottle of water and set yourself a timer when to refill it. This also gives you another reason to get up from your seat and move.

Pro tip: Make sure you get adequate amount of sleep by limiting screen time at least an hour before your scheduled bed time. Also try engaging in relaxing activities, or doing yoga, before bed.
