We accept payments through cash, bank transfer, payment by link, online payment, Tabby, and all other available sources. Regardless of the method of payment, all payments made to Slim Polyclinic are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our medical and aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments, prepaid sessions, treatment packages, promotional offers, or skincare products. Once a treatment has been initiated or a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. While no refunds will be provided, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.
